Also, rodent dropping (mice) found through-out premises on shelves , behind 3 compartment, between coolers approximately 75 plus droppings. Instructed to repair doors to prevent rodent and insect entry and have license pest control service premises and provided logbook with all required documents and remove droppings, detail clean and sanitize areas.
