ALSO OBSERVED A RODENT (MOUSE) HANGING OUT OF A BAIT BOX UNDER A SHELF BY THE DOOR LEADING INTO THE STORAGE ROOM. MUST CLEAN ALL AFFECTED AREAS, REMOVE DEAD RODENT. INSTRUCTED TO HAVE THE PEST CONTROL COMPANY SERVICE STORE PRIOR TO REINSPECTION NEXT WEEK. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020 ISSUED.
