    Inspector note: FOOD (ICE) NOT PROTECTED FROM CONTAMINATION DURING STORAGE INSIDE OF THE ICE MACHINE ABOVE THE SODA DISPENSER: OBSERVED BROWN AND PINK DISCOLORATION ON THE INTERIOR SURFACE OF THE ICE MACHINE ALONG THE ICE TRAY, WATER LINE, AND ICE CHUTE IN DIRECT CONTACT WITH THE ICE. INSTRUCTED TO HAVE ICE MACHINE SERVICED, DETAIL CLEANED, AND SANITIZED TO REMOVE ALL DISCOLORATION AND MOLD-LIKE SUBSTANCES. MANAGER VOLUNTARILY BURNED THE REMAINING ICE AND PUT A SIGN UP OVER THE ICE DISPENER "OUT OF SERVICE". SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-005A
