Maintain it all times. Observed rust stains and dried syrup on counter ledge area between slurpee machine and open face display cooler on showroom floor. Instructed manager to detail clean and maintain at all times. Observed rust stains on exterior surface of grease trap in dish washing area. Informed manager that all surfaces must be smooth and easily cleanable. Instructed to remove rust, seal surface and maintained at all times.
