AND DOOR SHOULD REMAIN CLOSED DURING BUSINESS HOURS TO AVOID FLIES ENTERING PREMISES.

ALSO FAUCET ON ONE SIDE OF SINK IS IN POOR REPAIR; MUST MAKE REPAIRS TO SINK SO THAT SINK FUNCTIONS PROPERLY FOR WASH, RINSE AND SANITIZING.
