ALSO THERE IS NO PEST CONTROL LOG AVAILABLE DURING THE INSPECTION. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE THE NOTED AREAS AND PROVIDE ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL TO ELIMINIATE THE ACTIVITY AND PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN A PEST CONTROL LOG AT THE FACILITY. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020
