ALSO OBSERVED RAW SIDE OF BEEF STORED ON STORAGE SHELF OF THE WALK-IN COOLER ABOVE COOKED EGG ROLLS. OBSERVED EGG ROLLS STORED IN A CARDBOARD BOX TOP THAT WAS PREVIOUSLY USED TO STORE RAW CHICKEN. MANAGER REAARANGED THE PRODUCT IN THE PREP COOLER AND DISCARDED THE EGG ROLLS. CITATION ISSUED. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-005A.
