Inspector note: THE BACK WALL OF THE BASEMENT, THE PAINT IS CHIPPING AWAY FROM THE CEILING AND RUSTED WATER MARKS HAVE DRIED TO THE WALL. INSTRUCTED TO PATCH THE CEILING WHERE AN OLD LEAK DETERIORATED THE PAINT AND DRYWALL AND DETAIL CLEAN THE WALL TO REMOVE RUST MARKS.
