ASSORTMENT OF DRIED PRODUCT CONSISTED OF LICORICE, DRIED OLIVES, ROSE PLUM, DRIED MANGO, DRIED GINGER, APRICOT, AND DRIED KIWI, NOT PROTECTED. INFORMED MANAGER THAT FOODS MUST BE PROTECTED DURING STORAGE, PREPARATION, DISPLAY, SERVICE AND TRANSPORTATION. MANAGER VOLUNTARY DISCARDED AND DENATURED 8 LBS OF PRODUCT, AT TOTAL VALUE $80.00, DURING INSPECTION. SERIOUS VIOLATION # 7-38-005 (A)
