CITATION ISSUED SERIOUS 7-38-020. MANAGER/OWNER ASKED ONE OF THE EMPLOYEE TO GO OUT AND CLEAN THE SURROUNDING AREAS AND LID OF THE GREASE CONTAINER DURING INSPECTION.
