ALSO BLOCKED BY A 5 GALLON BUCKET OF ASSORTED CLEAN UTENSILS. NO HAND SOAP AT EXPOSED HAND SINK. MANAGER REMOVED ALL AND PROVIDED SOAP. INSTRUCTED TO REVIEW WITH ALL EMPLOYEES PROPER HAND WASHING PROCEDURES AND PRACTICING GOOD HYGIENIC HABITS.
