INSTRUCTED MANAGER ALL POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS MUST BE HELD AT 40 F OR BELOW IF HELD COLD. FOODS DISCARDED WEIGHT- 10 LBS, VALUED AT $33.00.
