OBSERVED A LARGE AMOUNT OF OLD GREASE INSIDE OF ALL OF THE FRYERS AS WELL. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE THE INTERIOR OF THE FRYERS IN BOTH STANDS AND DO NOT STORE OLD GREASE INSIDE OF THE FRYERS AND MAINTAIN.
