I ALSO OBSERVED TWO IN A CONTAINER OF OIL BY THE REAR DOOR, TWO INSIDE OF UTILITY SINK, TWO UNDER A REFRIGERATION UNIT, ONE BEHIND ANOTHER REFRIGERATION UNIT, TWO ON TOP OF CATCH BASIN ON FLOOR IN FRONT OF THREE COMP SINK AND AN EMPTY CIGARETTE BOX ON THE FLOOR BY THE REAR DOOR. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE ALL BUTTS AND REFRAIN FROM SMOKING INSIDE OF THE ESTABLISHMENT.
