The pizza prep cooler has encrusted food buildup in the top door opening, cooler was washed, rinsed and sanitized at this time. The can opener has some metal filings in the cutter blade area and needs to be cleaned and repaired. Clean the top of the oven daily where pizzas are kept hot.
