FOUND GLUE STICK HANGING FROM CEILING AT MOP SINK BY THE ICE MACHINE AND ACROSS DISH MACHINE.THREE GLUE STICKS HANGING AT DRY FOOD STORAGE AREA ON SHELVES BY THE DISPOSABLE CONTAINERS,AND ABOVE FOOD CONTAINERS. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE GLUE STICKS AND CONTACT PEST CONTROL. REMOVE FLIES,CLEAN,SANITIZE AND MAINTAIN AREA MENTIONED. SERIOUS VIOLATION:7-38-020
