MUST CLEAN ALL AFFECTED AREAS AND MAKE ALL NECESSARY REPAIRS TO ELIMINATE ALL FLY ACTIVITY. HAVE PEST CONTROL SERVICE ENTIRE ESTABLISHMENT FOR FLIES. LICENSE SUSPENDED BY C.D.P.H. AT THIS TIME.
