Inspector note: FOUND 100 MOUSE DROPPINGS IN THE EAST KITCHEN ON THE FLOORS IN CORNER AREAS, STORAGE ROOMS, VENDOR STORAGE CAGES AND THE LAUNDRY ROOM. ONE DEAD MOUSE OBSERVED ON A GLUE BOARD NEXT TO A PREP TABLE. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN ALL AFFECTED AREAS TO REMOVE DROPPINGS, REMOVE DEAD MOUSE AND TO HAVE PEST CONTROL COMPANY SERVICE AREAS. ALSO FOUND SOME DOORS WITH WORN DOOR SWEEPS; INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE SWEEPS WHERE NEEDED ON OUTER DOORS TO THE BUILDING. SERIOUS VIOLATION ISSUED 7-38-020 ISSUED.
