UPON INSPECTION, TIMERS WERE NOT STARTED AND NOT MATCHED WITH THE COOKED PIZZAS. THERE WAS NO TIME LOG OF WHEN THE PIZZAS WERE MADE OR THE FOOD'S TEMPERATURE WHEN BROUGHT OUT OF THE OVEN. PIZZAS HAVE BEEN DISCARDED AND DENATURED. PRIORITY VIOLATION. 7-38-005. CITATION ISSUED.
