ALSO,OBSERVED FOOD EMPLOYEE ROASTING COFFEE CONSTANTLY PLACING TRAY OF COFFEE BEANS FROM ROASTING MACHINE DIRECTLY ONTO NOSE FOR SMELL MUST AVOID SAID TRAY TO COME IN CONTACT WITH FACE/NOSE.
