    Inspector note: FOOD NOT PROTECTED DURING STORAGE, PREPARATION, AND DISPLAY. OBSERVED FROZEN SLABS OF RAW MEAT STORED ON TOP OF BOXES IN THE WALK-IN FREEZER UNPROTECTED, OBSERVED THREE SLABS OF MEAT STORED IN A GROCERY CART UNPROTECTED WHILE EMPLOYEE WAS CUTTING MEAT, OBSERVED A HANDLED SCOOP WITH THE HANDLE FACING DOWN IN THE RAW BEEF AT THE FRONT DELI DISPLAY COOLER, AND OBSERVED CUSTOMERS HANDLING BEAN SPROUTS WITH BARE HANDS IN THE PRODUCE COOLER. THE SLABS OF MEAT IN THE WALK-IN FREEZER WERE RE-LOCATED TO BAGS OR BOXES AND THE BOXES PREVIOUSLY IN CONTACT WITH THE RAW MEAT WERE REMOVED AND THE ITEMS INSIDE THE BOX WERE RE-LOCATED TO A CLEAN SEPERATE CONTAINER. THE MEAT STORED IN THE SHOPPING CART WAS RE-LOCATED TO CLEAN STORAGE BAGS AND THE CART WAS CLEANED AND SANITIZED IN THE BACK. THE HANDLED SCOOP IN THE DISPLAY COOLER AT THE DELI WAS REPLACED WITH A CLEAN SCOOP AND MANAGER PROVIDED A SEPERATE CONATINER TO STORE THE SCOOP IN BETWEEN USE. MANAGER PROVIDED A HANDLED SCOOP WITH A ROPE ATTACHED TO THE BEAN SPROUT CONTAINER TO ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO USE SCOOP TO DISPENSE BEAN SPROUTS TO PREVENT BARE HAND CONACT WTIH READY TO EAT FOODS. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE A LID FOR THE OTHER HALF OF THE RECEPTACLE TO ALLOW THE LID TO PROPERLY SEALED AND PROTECTED AT ALL TIMES.
