REAR OVERHEAD DOOR HAS HOLES IN DOOR; SEAL HOLES WHERE NOTED. PEST CONTROL RECEIPTS DATED BACK TO NOV. 2012 INDICATED THAT DOORS NEEDED RODENT PROOFING.
