INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE THE RUST AND PAINT SAME. THE GASKET AROUND THE DOOR AT THE WALKIN COOLER IS IN POOR REPAIR IT IS RIPPED, TORN AND SOME OF IT IS MISSING. INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE SAME.
