ALSO, OBSERVED THE EMPLOYEE TAKE OFF AND PUT ON A NEW PAIR OF GLOVES WITHOUT FIRST WASHING HIS HANDS. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED THAT EMPLOYEES ARE PROPERLY TRAINED TO WASH THEIR HANDS WHEN NECESSARY.
