OBSERVED MALE FOOD HANDLER PREPARING FOOD WITH PLASTIC GLOVES(PUTTING LETTUCE, ONIONS, TOMATOES ON HAMBURGER BUN) THEN SWITCH TO CLEANING PREP TABLE WITH WIPING CLOTH WHICH WAS STORED IN RED BUCKET NEXT TO SAID PREP TABLE, AFTER WIPING DOWN PREP TABLE, MALE FOOD HANDLER PROCEEDED TO PREPARE FOOD AGAIN (HANDLE HAMBURGER BUNS AND PLACE LETTUCE, TOMATO, ONIONS ON BUN) WITHOUT PROPERLY WASHING HANDS AT EXPOSED HAND WASH SINK PER CITY CODE. INSTRUCTED TO PROPERLY WASH HANDS PER CITY CODE WHEN CHANGING TASKS AND BEFORE SWITCHING GLOVES WHEN MULTI TASKING. ALSO, OBSERVED FEMALE FOOD HANDLER TOUCHING BACK OF MALE FOOD HANDLER SHIRT AND THEN PROCEED TO HANDLE READY TO EAT HAMBURGER BUNS WITHOUT WASHING HANDS AFTER TOUCHING EMPLOYEE CLOTHING. FOOD HANDLERS WERE INSTRUCTED TO WASH HANDS AT THIS TIME. CRITICAL 7-38-010 (A) ISSUED.
