Inspector note: OBSERVED THE LARGE SIX COVER GARBAGE DUMPSTER NOT RODENT PROOFED. ALL SIX OF THE COVERS ARE BROKEN, RIPPED, CHEWED AND ONE OF THE METAL PIPE HOLDING THE COVERS ON IS BADLY BENT. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020. MUST GET ALL THE COVERS AND METAL PIPE REPLACED SO THE DUMPSTER IS RODENT PROOFED.
