Inspector note: OUTSIDE GARBAGE AREA NOT MAINTAINED: OBSERVED GREASE BUILDUP ACCUMULATING ON THE TOP OF THE LID AND DROPLETS OF GREASE HANGING OFF OF THE SIDES OF THE RECEPTACLE. GREASE BUILDUP WAS ALSO OBSERVED ON THE GROUND BELOW THE GREASE RECEPTACLE. MANAGER HAD 3 EMPLOYEES DETAIL CLEAN THE RECEPTACLE AND GROUND SURFACE BELOW PRIOR TO THE END OF THE INSPECTION. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION--SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020
