THERE ARE ALSO TWO GLASS WASHERS AND TWO THREE COMP SINKS BEHIND THE BAR AND NO TEST STRIPS WERE PROVIDED FOR THOSE EITHER. THE GLASS WASHERS WERE BEING USED. MUST PROVIDE CHLORINE AND QUAT TEST STRIPS FOR SINKS, DISHWASHERS AND GLASS WASHERS. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-030 ISSUED.
