    Inspector note: OBSERVED DUST AND WHITE COLORED RESIDUE ACCUMULATING ON THE FAN UNIT IN THE SALAD PREP COOLER. INSTRUCTED TO DETAIL CLEAN. OBSERVED DRY GOODS BEING STORED UNDER EXPOSED WASTEWATER PIPES IN THE BASEMENT DRY STORAGE AREA. INSTRUCTED TO MOVE FOOD ITEMS SO THEY ARE NOT DIRECTLY UNDER THE EXPOSED WASTEWATER LINES, OR PROVIDE NON-PERMEABLE SHIELD ON WASTEWATER LINES. OBSERVED WATER LEAKING FROM CONDENSATION LINE IN COOLER #7 (FIRST BASEMENT 2 DOOR UPRIGHT COOLER). INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR THE LEAKING LINE. OBSERVED THE UNDERSIDE OF THE COOKLINE COUNTER, WHERE COUNTER EXTENDS OVER STEAM TABLES ON THE COOK LINE SIDE, TO BE COARSE AND FLAKY WOOD TEXTURE. INSTRUCTED TO RESURFACE THIS AREA SO IT SMOOTH, NON-ABSORBENT AND EASILY CLEANABLE.
