Found excessive grease build up on lower interior of fryer in kitchen on 2nd floor. Must detail clean and sanitize. Must maintain all.

Must install exposed hand sink easily accessible to dish room (dish room has a sprayer sink and a dishwasher). Found bar 3 compartment sink with leak from right basin. Must repair and maintain same.
