PREVIOUS SERIOUS VIOLATION FROM REPORT #381263 ON 2/18/11 NOT CORRECTED: 18/01- OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 15-20 LIVE DRAIN FLIES ON THE WALLS, CEILING AND EQUIPMENT IN THE BASEMENT DISHWASH AND PREP AREAS. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL AFFECTED AREAS. MANAGEMENT STARTED TO CLEAN THE BASEMENT DISHWASH AREA AND HAD A TECHNICIAN FROM SMITHEREEN SERVICE THE BASEMENT FOR DRAIN FLIES. SUPERVISOR LOPEZ WAS NOTIFIED AND ARRIVED ONSITE TO ASSIST. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-42-090.
