SUGAR AND 2 GAL. SEMOLINA FLOUR FOUND IN DRY STORAGE SHELVING. ALSO, FOUND IN WALK-IN COOLER FIVE OF SAME TYPE BUCKETS AND "CONCENTRATED LAUNDRY DETERGENT" CONTAINING 3 GAL. ONION SOUP, 5 LBS. POTATOES, 10 GALS. VARIOUS TYPE STOCK. ALL FOODS DISCARDED AND INSTRUCTED MUST USE FOOD GRADE WASHABLE CONTAINERS. ALSO, OBSERVED RAW CHICKEN STORED OVER COOKED CHICKEN IN WALK-IN COOLER.

ALSO OBSERVED SEVERAL GARBAGE CONTAINERS WITHOUT LIDS THROUGHOUT ESTABLISHMENT CONTAINING FOOD DEBRIS FROM THE PREVIOUS EVENINGS SERVICE SUCH AS OLD MUSSEL SHELLS, EMPTY WINE BOTTLES AND DIRTY PAPER TABLE CLOTHS. all be clean at all times and shall not constitute a nuisance. PROVIDE PROPER LIDS FOR ALL WASTE CONTAINERS.
