Inspector note: FOOD (ICE) NOT PROTECTED FROM CONTAMINATION DURING STORAGE INSIDE OF THE ICE MACHINE. OBSERVED DISCOLORATION AND A SLIMY SUBSTANCE ON THE INTERIOR CONTACT SURFACES OF THE ICE MACHINE. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE THE INTERIOR CONTACT SURFACES OF THE ICE MACHINE. ALSO, OBSERVED A BOTTLE OF WATER STORED INSIDE OF THE ICE MACHINE IN CONTACT WITH CONSUMABLE ICE. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE ALL OF THE ICE FROM THE MACHINE AND CLEAN AND SANITIZE IT. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-005A.
