IT APPEARS THAT 2 FLOOR DRAINS HAVE BEEN CLOSED UP WITH A FOAM SEALANT MATERIAL. FOAM SEALANT IS NOT SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE AND HAS BECOME VERY DIRTY. FOAM SEALANT MUST BE REMOVED AND SURFACE NEEDS TO BE RESTORED TO A SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE CONDITION. ALL FLOORS NEED TO BE CLEANED IN DETAIL UNDER AND BEHIND COOKING EQUIPMENT.
