    Inspector note: OBSERVED POOR HYGIENIC PRACITICES AND BARE HAND CONTACT BY TWO EMPLOYEES.OBSERVED MALE EMPLOYEE PUT A APRON ON AND TIED IT UP AND THEN PUT ON GLOVES AND HANDLED PANS OF FOOD IN HOT HOLDING CABINET AND PLACED ON CUTTING BOARD TO BE PREPPED AND A FEMALE EMPLOYEE WAS POURING COOKED RICE INTO A PAN AND A FEW GRAINS FEEL ON TO CUTTING BOARD AND SHE PICKED THEM UP WITH HER BARE HANDS AND PUT INTO PAN OF RICE.PRODUCT WAS DISCARDED AND EMPLOYEES WASHED HANDS AT THIS TIME OF INSPECTION.INSTRUCTED TO WASH HANDS AFTER EVERY POSSIBLE CONTAMINATION.(CRITICAL 7-38-010 A)
