Inspector note: OBSERVERED POOR HYGIENIC PRACTICES/ BARE HAND CONTACT WITH READY TO EAT FOODS: FOOD HANDLER CUT UP CHICKEN AND THEN CUT UP PORK AND PLACE FOOD ITEMS IN TO GO TRAY ALL WITHOUT WEAR GLOVES. ALSO LATER AFTER MANAGER TOLD HER TO PUT ON GLOVES, OBSERVER HER EATING WITH THE GLOVE AT THE TABLE AND THEN PROCEEDED TO THE SERVICE COUNTER RINSE HER GLOVES OFF AND THEN STARTED TO CUT UP MORE MEATS(COOKED) WITH GLOVES SHE WAS EAT WITH ON. INSTRUCTED MANAGER ON NO BARE HAND HAND CONTACT WITH READY TO EAT FOOD AS SHE WAS PREVIOUSLY TOLD IN PAST INSPECTION. CITATION ISSUE #7-38-010
