NOTED 1/4 INCH GAP/OPENING. MUST RODENT PROOFED BOTTOM OF THE SAID DOORS.---- FOUND NO WRITTEN LOGBOOK FROM LICENSED PEST CONTROL COMPANY. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE. A WRITTEN LOG MUST BE MAINTAINED AND AVAILABLE. SERIOUS CITATION ISSUED 7-38-020.
