OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 50 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOORS OF THE REAR FOOD PREP AREA BEHIND THE CHEST FREEZER, AND FRONT FOOD PREP AREA ON THE COUNTERTOP AND CABINETS BELOW THE COUNTERTOP. ALSO, OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 50 LIVE FRUIT FLIES ON THE WALLS AND CEILING OF THE FRONT AND REAR FOOD PREP AREA AND REAR STORAGE AREA. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE THE AFFECTED AREAS AND REMOVE THE DROPPINGS. MUST MINIMIZE OR ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
