OVER 5 LIVE SMALL FLIES WERE FOUND IN THE SODA GUN HOLDER AND SINK IN THE BAR. CLEAN, RINSE AND SANITIZE ALL AFFECTED AREAS, SEAL UP THE GAPS AND OPENINGS WHERE THE ROACHES ARE LIVING AND REMOVE ALL EVIDENCE OF PEST ACTIVITY. THE PREMISES WAS TREATED BY GREEN TARGET PEST CONTROL ON 9/14/2013.
