    Inspector note: 6-202.15 OBSERVED A 1 INCH GAP AT THE BOTTOM OF THE FRONT ENTRY REVOLVING DOOR. MUST PROVIDE A TIGHT FITTING SEAL AT ALL OUTER OPENINGS TO PREVENT THE ENTRY OF PESTS. • 6-501.111 OBSERVED PEST ACTIVITY WITH APPROX. 20 SMALL FLIES AND RODENT DROPPING NOTED DURING INSPECTION. RODENT DROPPINGS WERE BETWEEN THE BREAD OVEN AND COMMERCIAL OVEN IN THE BASEMENT PREP AREA. SMALL FLIES WERE OBSERVED IN THE REAR OF THE BASEMENT PREP AREA NEAR THE EXIT DOOR AND CHEMICAL/CLEANING SUPPLY STORAGE AREA. INSTRUCTED TO CONSULT PEST CONTROL AS ADDITIONAL SERVICES ARE NEEDED TO MINIMIZE OR ELIMINATE ACTIVITY PRIOR TO RE-INSPECTION. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION #7-38-020(A). CITATION ISSUED.
