Inspector note: 5-501.110 OBSERVED GARBAGE AND LITTER IN THE GARBAGE ENCLOSURE ON THE GROUND NEXT TO THE GARBAGE DUMPSTER. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN THE OUTSIDE GARBAGE AREA AT ALL TIMES. ALSO OBSERVED THE SECOND ENCLOSURE WITH A GARBAGE DUMPSTER WITH OLD GARBAGE INSIDE OF IT AND A LARGE HOLE IN THE FRONT OF THE GARBAGE DUMPSTER THAT IS NOT RODENT PROOF. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE ALL GARBAGE FROM THE DUMPSTER AND REMOVE THE DUMPSTER FROM THE PREMISES OR REPLACE IT WITH A RODENT PROOF DUMPSTER. PRIORITY FOUNDATION 7-38-020(B). NO CITATION ISSUED.
