OBSERVED AN EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF GREASE, FOOD DEBRIS AND LITTER ON THE GROUND AROUND THE OUTSIDE GARBAGE DUMPSTERS. MUST CLEAN AND MAINTAIN THE OUTSIDE GARBAGE AREA AT ALL TIMES.
