    Inspector note: All necessary control measures shall be used to effectively minimize or eliminate the presence of rodents, roaches, and other vermin and insects on the premises of all food establishments, in food-transporting vehicles, and in vending machines. Over 20 rat droppings were found in the basement bathroom. 2 live cockroaches were found in the electrical outlets and grease trap under and around the three compartment sink. Remove all evidence of pest activity and clean up all areas of possible harborage.
