FOUND PORTABLE ICE BIN STORED UNDER THE FRONT COUNTER WITH BLACK SLIME SUBSTANCE DRIPPING ON ICE CUBES FROM LID,INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN,SANITIZE AND MAINTAIN. SERIOUS VIOLATION:7-38-005(A)
