ALSO OBSERVED AN OPEN PACKAGE OF CHEESE THAT HAD WATER DRIPPING ONTO IT. MANAGEMENT STATED THAT THE WATER IS COMING IN FROM A LEAK IN THE ROOF. MANAGEMENT VOLUNTARILY DISCARDED 5# OF FOOD WORTH $40. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE ALL FOOD FROM UNDERNEATH THE LEAK. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-005A.
