    Inspector note: OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 6-8 LIVE FRUIT FLIES ON VARIOUS DONUTS INSIDE OF THE DONUT DISPLAY CASE. ALSO OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 5-7 LIVE FRUIT FLIES FLYING AROUND THE FRONT PREP AREA. MANAGER VOLUNTARILY DISCARDED APPROXIMATELY 5LBS OF DONUTS VALUED AT APPROXIMATELY $25. ALSO OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 15-18 LIVE ANTS CRAWLING ON THE FLOOR BETWEEN THE COMPUTER SYSTEM AND THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK. FACILITY HAS A CONTRACT WITH A LICENSED PEST CONTROL COMPANY AND WAS LAST SERVICED ON 8-13-16 (PER INVOICE). INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL TO ELIMINATE THE ACTIVITY.
