Inspector note: OBSERVED BOXES OF EQUIPMENT AND UTENSILS NOT PROTECTED FROM CONTAMINATION DURING STORAGE. OBSERVED CARDBOARD BOXES OF PLASTIC CUPS, PLASTIC STRAWS AND OTHER MISCELLANEOUS EQUIPMENT (FOOD CONTAINERS, ETC.) STORED ON THE ROOF ABOVE THE RESTAURANT AND UNDER THE CTA EL TRACKS. THE BOXES WERE NOT PROTECTED FROM THE OUTSIDE ELEMENTS ON ALL SIDES. SEVERAL OF THE BOXES WERE OPEN WITHOUT A LID. THE MANAGER MOVED THE BOXES FROM THE ROOF AND STORED THEM IN HIS VEHICLE WHERE THEY WILL BE TAKEN TO ANOTHER RESTAURANT. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-005A.
