  Inspector note: Cold TCS foods were held at an improper temperature. Five pounds of pork and turkey sausage patties were found at 58.4, and two pounds of chicken croissants were found at 59.5. The Items were held in a prep sandwich cooler. The manager was instructed to hold Cold TCS foods at 41 degrees or lower. Food items valued at $50 were discarded. Priority violation 7-38-005.

The manager was instructed to keep all coolers' temperatures at 41°F or lower. This was a priority violation 7-38-005. The cooler is tagged and not allowed to be used. The manager must contact the office of CDPH for a tag removal request.
