SEAL RAW WOOD SHELVING, WALLS AND CEILING IN ALL AREAS, REAR STORAGE, WASHROOM, ETC. 33- All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. CLEAN INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR OF ALL DISPLAY SHELVES IN SALES AREA AND BEHIND FRONT COUNTER, STORAGE SHELVES IN REAR AND WALK-IN COOLER, DISPLAY RACKS, COUNTERS, ETC. 34- The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. FLOORS NEED CLEANING UNDER ALL EQUIPMENT ALONG WALLS AND IN ALL CORNERS IN SALES AND STORAGE AREAS (DUST, DIRT, DEBRIS, CIGARETTE BUTTS AND ASHES). 35- The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. REPLACE MISSING AND STAINED CEILING TILES IN ALL AREAS. SEAL OPENINGS IN CEILING IN REAR STORAGE AREA. REPLACE MISSING BASEBOARDS IN ALL AREAS. 36- PROVIDE LIGHT SHIELDS OR SHATTERPROOF BULBS IN WALK-IN COOLERS. 37- INSTALL SELF-CLOSING DEVICE ON WASHROOM DOOR. 41- All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors.
