REMOVE POP CRATES OFF FLOOR AND PROVIDE SHELVING OR PALLETS FOR BREADING IN REAR STORAGE AREA.-33- All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. CLEAN INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR OF ALL COOLERS, FREEZERS, PREP TABLES, FRYERS, CABINETS, SHELVES, SINKS (FOOD DEBRIS).-34- The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. FLOORS NEED CLEANING UNDER ALL EQUIPMENT (FRYERS, SINKS, SHELVES, ETC) ALONG WALLS AND IN ALL CORNERS IN PREP AND STORAGE AREAS. REPLACE DAMAGED FLOOR TILES IN ALL AREAS. ELEVATE STOCK 6" OFF FLOOR.-35-The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. REPLACE MISSING AND DAMAGED CEILING TILES IN PREP AND STORAGE AREAS. SEAL ALL OPENINGS IN WALLS AND CEILINGS, AROUND PIPE FITTINGS, ELECTRICAL OUTLETS, ETC IN ALL WASHROOM, PREP AND STORAGE AREAS.-36-Shielding to protect against broken glass falling into food shall be provided for all artificial lighting sources in preparation, service, and display facilities. REPLACE MISSING LIGHT SHIELDS ABOVE CARRY OUT TRAYS NEAR FRONT COUNTER. -41- All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors.
